Project management for mining and process-plant projects

Build the schedule, track progress through dated approvals and give management the report in one step.

01

Plan

Start from a template or from scratch. Tasks are dated by the working calendar and linked; when a task slips, its successors move automatically.

02

Track

As the status date moves on, actual progress is calculated from dated checklist approvals.

Deliver

S-curve with plan, actual and forecast finish; a PDF progress report and an Excel workbook that updates itself when the status date changes.

Structure view

Seven levels in one hierarchy, with progress rolled up automatically.

Approvals

Weighted checklist approvals with dates become task progress.

Reports

PDF progress report and Excel export from the same data.

Hierarchy

From workspace to checklist item, one structure.

Every level can be added, renamed, dragged and saved as a template. Weighted approved checklist items roll up into the task, tasks into the project, projects into the space.

Views

One data set, eleven views.

Every date entered in the list updates the Gantt, every approval the dashboard, S-curve and report at once. The screens on the cards are taken from the program itself, with sample project data.

Users and permissions

Administrator, project manager, editor, contributor, viewer; extra permissions per space and department; completion approval.

Together as a team

Work in the same workspace at the same time; changes reach everyone within seconds, work continues offline.

Search and shortcuts

Ctrl+K searches spaces, projects, tasks, checklist items and notes; keyboard shortcuts.

Data check

Dependency violations, date order, duration vs calendar and unassigned tasks, line by line.

Template library

Mining routines and plant projects, ready to go.

17 templates, 59 phases, with projects, tasks, milestones, weighted checklist items and links. Durations are working days, dated from your start and the space’s country calendar.

Planning intelligence

Every day of slip on a line without float moves the target by the same day. The program derives this from the links and the space’s country working calendar (weekends and public holidays included) and shows the remaining float on every task in working days.

  • Link types FS, SS, FF with lag; successors move only on violation
  • Public holiday catalogues for 4 countries; each space on its own calendar
  • Baseline is saved; plan %, SPI and variance are measured against it
